What is The F Factor Diet?

The F Factor diet is all over the news lately.  What the heck is it exactly?

The F-Factor Diet approach is based on 4 principles that are central how it works to help you lose weight.

  • Eat Carbs
  • Dine Out
  • Drink Alcohol
  • Work-Out Less
The F-Factor approach focuses on combining lean proteins with high-fiber carbohydrates, which are low in calories and keep you feeling full throughout the day. Typical feelings of hunger and deprivation that are usually associated with weight loss are eliminated with the F-Factor Program.
The focus of the F-Factor diet is fiber. In step one, according to Good Housekeeping, dieters are supposed to eat 35 grams of fiber a day, and less than 35 grams of net carbs. In steps two and three, they’re still supposed to aim for 35 grams of fiber per day, but are allowed to up the number of carbs they eat.
Is it safe?  There is a lot of controversy right now on whether this is a a safe way to lose weight.  We encourage you to do your research and consult with your doctor before starting a new diet regimen.
